The Berserk Reliquary is part of the battle pass system introduced in Season 8, and it offers four themed items along with a bonus reward:

Ode of the Berserker Emblem - A symbol of strength and ferocity, available after completing the Reliquary.
To unlock items from the Berserk Reliquary, you need to defeat elite enemies who can drop Behelits. Collect these and spend them to cheap Diablo IV Items unlock the rewards on the event pass.
