Meditation What is meditation? Let's see it through the third eye (1)

 

You decide your soul. and creating. Did you know that it happens automatically without you doing anything? You are your creator. It's your mind.

Let's learn to see it in meditation.

 

When one mind arises (love for a certain image/sound/taste or touch of taste) and when that mind is destroyed, another mind is born without anything before or after.
The existence of that born mind is very short. how much That's a fraction of a thousand blinks.
What is the "mind" we mentioned above?
When we talk about meditation, we need to talk about the mind. Just like when you talk about 'sea' you talk about 'waves'.

 

 

Let us first learn about the birth of images.
To meditate we need to learn about the 'mind'.
Second, we learn about the ``I know institution''. So what do we mean by mind in this section? I would like to clarify what is being said. Yes, then by what causes is the mind created?
The mind is a collection of 5 parts. The most important part of it is the images. Let's talk about images at length today.

1. Birth of images
How many images are there in the world? Can you count it? can't
Let's learn simple pictures in this lesson.
Can your eye see any object? It is images. Trees, leaves, streams etc. Living, non-living things. When your eye sees a flower, we call it a flower. That object is a small unit. We see the infinite sky. It is a noble object.
What is the difference between 'flowers' and 'heavens'? It differs only in having a greater or lesser number of 'atomic particles'.

So when these images collide with the eye, the image of the eye is formed.
The image created by the eye is thought based on the feeling felt by the mind.
When you think, the mind is born.

 

 

Where are images born?
In the eye. The eye alone cannot create images. Need to have another together. Keep the mind active.
Mind is actually a collection of images, sounds, smells, tastes, and touches.

Then what happens when you see an object.
The images seen before are stored in the mind.
Moreover, the animal's brain is a special factor here.
The previous images that are now stored in the mind are presented representing the past.

 

 

 

Now the combination of the visible image and the brain determines that image with a name.

So, the image has to be seen as an image of a three-way collision of past, future and present.

There really was something called an image, but it was something that arose for some reason, right?

So who sees this image? With the collision caused by the three periods discussed above, there was a piercing in the light of the eye, right?

 

Did you think for a moment that it was the young mind born in the present who got that piercing?

Actually, we talked about what the mind is before. A lot of images you have seen yourself in the past, right?

The image formed in the eye is quickly destroyed to allow for another image.

They are quickly destroyed to give birth to more images.

 

So the image is a collection of tiny particles. The destruction of those tiny particles is the destruction of the image.
Seeing this with the mind should be called the third eye of meditation.
